Discounted Annual Passes - Information and Official Exchange Thread

Just found this thread so I am jumping on the band wagon somewhat late! But I have three more AP discount cards that I would be willing to send out to anyone who is interested. I will also be in WDW from July 28-Aug 1. Just drop me a PM and we can set something up!!!

I just ordered AP vouchers last week and they JUST came yesterday - in less than a week!! We're going down on 5/22 and will turn them in to activate them then. Did we just lose out on a 10% discount because our Disney mail always runs 2 weeks later than everyone elses? That just plain sucks.

I am definitely interested in 10% off of anything but does anybody know if the coupons are good to use with the AP vouchers we just received yesterday since we already purchased them? Like could I present the coupon with the voucher when we redeem them and get a refund??

I'm so frustrated! This is the third time I've been an annual passholder (with breaks in between). The first two times, I received every MM, but I didn't notice until this thread that I haven't received one since I activated the APs in November. I was able to call and verify that they have my correct address on file, but I couldn't get any further than that... I won't be in the World until July, so by the time I could get to Guest Relations and have one mailed to me, it will be too late for the promotion.

If you have the AP vouchers that were mailed to you, I suggest taking them to Guest Relations, and ask for a full refund. In other words don't redeem them. Make sure you bring your receipt and credit card with you.

Then, with your Pass Along the Savings Card, buy your new tickets.

Does anyone know of a way to get the credit retroactively? Supposedly, the discount and gift card began on May 3. I bought an AP on May 3 and no one mentioned it to me. DH even had to present his AP, which began last October, because she needed the DVC # and I forgot my card. With our luck, we'll get home and find the coupon in the Mickey Monitor. So any chance, or are we SOL (Sugar Out of Luck).

I've got two more discount cards for APs for anyone who wants them...and may get four more tomorrow. The paper that came with it says "Savings applied to non-discounted price of a Disney Annual or Premium Annual pass." So that sounds like you would NOT be able to get the DVC discount plus the extra 10%...and in that case, the DVC discount is way better. If anyone is able to get both discounts, more power to you! It also says it cannot be used on renewals. Each card is worth up to six discounted passes. Sweet deal for those who don't already get the DVC discount!

If you read the FAQ on the link above it specifically says you can use on the DVC AP pass! So I would definitely try to use it with the DVC discount. The DVC AP is just a certain price. It is not "discounted" per say. It is just a different price like a Florida Resident Pass.

Wow...that's cool it can be used with the DVC discount. I'm not sure we can use our discount cards because we decided to let our AP's lapse(as of this month) since we won't be back to Disney for six months and decided the renewal discount wasn't worth it if we couldn't use it for half the year. If we could buy the new one online using both discounts and then not activate it until October when we go next, we'd do that. I'll read the FAQ. Thanks.

An Important Request, Please!

If you have already posted to this thread with either an offer to give away one or more cards and you have already given away all your cards, or with a request that a card be sent to you and someone has responded, please edit your entry to show that you no longer have cards to give or that you no longer need a card. This way people who are looking through the thread will see who not to still contact.

It will make life easier for everyone.

I haven't received mine yet either!! Me, my husband and two oldest children have APs, but my third child just turned three so I need to buy one for him. We are leaving for our trip tomorrow, I was really hoping the Monitor would arrive before we left. I called the AP number listed on the site and they had no idea what I was talking about. I was transfered to someone else and they had no idea what I was talking about. They then looked at the page while I was on the phone with them and told me to e-mail Disney, or talk to them about it when I arrive at the park. Anyone have any suggestions as to who else I may want to call? Thanks!

I just received mine today in Central Illinois. I am currently checking with the people who ask me for a coupon to see if they still need them. Once I get responses I will post if there are any left.
