Yes, any of the ANNUAL passes actually. Not the Seasonal passes though.

They can only be used at a WDW ticket window or Guest Relations Office for the purchase of a "live" AP or PAP for Tourist, Florida Resident, or DVC Member. They cannot be used for purchase or redemption of vouchers (exchange certificates) and cannot be used for Seasonal Passes, Epcot After 4:00 Pass, or Water Park or Disney Quest Annual Passes.

OK I just want to vent some frustration here, I can't believe that they wouldn't make this available to people who want to buy annual passes but won't be there before July 31st. Just annoyed... but happy for those of you who could take advantage of the discount.

I have a current AP but being in the UK we do not receive the MM.

Need to get DH a new AP but he will not be in FL until 7th Aug.

I will be there before the end of the promotion - if I was able to get a card is there any way I could buy him an AP under this promotion? (Expecting the answer to be no but I have to ask!!)

Any purchase of an AP requires that for a person 18 or older that the person must be there with a government-issued photo ID. In his case it would be his Passport.

And when a ticketing offer ends on a particular date, the people who have control over the Automated Ticketing Service will that item from ATS so those of us who sell tickets cannot access that type of ticket any more.
