Discount ?

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but we are booked to go to WDW in October. I recently received a free dining pin code by email, but it expires in August. If I change my trip dates to the time when there are the 30% off room only discounts and call afterwards with my free dining pin code, will both specials be applied to my trip, or will I have to choose just one? TIA

Unfortunately, you can't apply both offers/discounts. You'll just have to do the math & pick whichever is best for you.

Thanks, that's what I thought, but figured I would ask anyway. I have a friend who got lucky once and got 3 specials combined on one trip, but I think it was a mistake that favored her. I'm not sure if I should take what's offered, or hold out to see if something better comes along for October.

We called and had them reprice our package when we got the free dining pin email. We had discounted room rates and when our agent compared the two prices, it was cheaper to go for the free dining plan by about $150. Change made $150 will pay for the rental car now.

Take it for now. If something better comes along, you can make the change then.

As long as you haven't booked non-refundable airfare, your options are still kind of open.

Just see the hotels in google maps and there you will see discount packages offered by many companies . . .

The latest free dining code was released yesterday for Disney Visa people, and will be released Monday for the general public.

Keep an eye here:http://www.wdwinfo.com/discounts.html (THe Discounts tab in the very top right hand corner of your screen, in the pale blue bar.)

The OP and the others are talking about specific WDW resort rooms discounts and the free dining discount that can only be obtained by staying at a Disney property and booking a Magic Your Way package that includes room, tickets and dining.
