I know we get the 25% off rack rate discount for DVC resorts. But, I have the feeling there was a postcard about some other special rate for DVC members at WDW.....maybe something that was just through September? Does this ring a bell with anyone or am I dreaming again?

There is often a 25% discount off the rack-rate for dvc resorts - not always, but often. There are also special deals where they want you to get your friends and family to go at a discounted rate. I believe the last offer is now over, but the member website will show these offers when they are available.

The 25% discount on DVC resort rooms isn't always available. They give the discount when a member uses their points outside of the DVC.

Pam - If you are dreaming, then so am I. I remember getting an email (not too long ago) about a special cash rate for members and I think their family and friends. IIRC, it was just for SSR & maybe OKW. Don't remember the dates.

Maybe someone else kept the email and will provide details.
