Discount Tickets for Makahiki Luau?

Has anyone had any experience with ordering discount tickets through orlandofuntickets.com or any other similar website? Should I go directly with SW to order these, as that would be safer? One thing that worries me, is you buy tickets, but dont make reservations....so how do you do that?
