discount theme park tickets

Hi everyone
I was reading in the unofficial guide to wdw that DVC members can get discounts on these tickets. How much would they be discounted was wondering if cheaper to buy at home or through the DVC member I buy points from.

The only discount DVC members get on Disney tickets are on the Yearly Passes. They ended the discount on the daily Disney Passes. I received this information from DVC Customer Service.
