Discount Orlando Vacation

I ordered our Fun in the Sun tickets from Discount Orlando Vacation and their service was awesome! I placed the order and received the tickets in 2 days!! I would not hesitate to use them again!

I agree that they are a good deal, and reliable. But I have to disagree on their service. I ordered my disney tickets through them. I called to ask how they could get the 3 day park hopper plus tickets and disney doesn't have them. The guy said " uhggggggg...... didn't you just call...?" and when I told him no this is my first time calling he said "aughhhhhh... well,... " and he told me the reason ( I forgot what he said now) and he said it in a real, rude, short tone of voice. Then after I said ok, thank you, he didn't say bye and just slammed the phone down.

I was very upset with their service, but I couldn't resist the deal!!! I'm sure it must have been a one-time thing, but I it still kinda bothers me.

Wow. That was pretty rude. Maybe they are getting alot of calls giving them a hard time about the tickets. It seems like that would have been expected and they would have a standard answer for it. And you are right, he could of atleast said bye!
