Discount on tours with Disney Visa

I know someone here had rasied the question with this Disney Visa promotion (20% of tours) and whether the expiration date of 10/31/04 was when you had to book by our take the tour by. I was wondering myself so I just called and you must take the tour by 10/31. That's a bummer for me. I arrive on 10/24 but wanted to take the tour the following week since that's when I'll be solo. I still may do it as I think there is a 15% discount with either DVC or AP but the 20% would have been nice.

There may still be a 15% discount with the Disney Visa. That's what it was when we booked our Keys tour. I'm under the impression that only the extra 5% discount will expire 10/31/04.
