Discount mall in Vegas?

We are in Las Vegas without a car for 5 nights & staying at the Luxor.

Would like to visit a discount Mall but prob only one.

Which one would you visit ? & how would we get there ?

I know there's one at the end of the strip, not towards downtown, but the other way. I'm sure there's probably public transportation. The other one is way out at stateline, about 40 miles.

There are two Premium Outlets in Vegas, one at each end of the strip. We personally preferred the one at the North end as the South one had only recently been taken over by Premium Outlets. You can get the Las Vegas Strip Trolley by connecting to Strip Loop at Stratosphere Tower.
