Discount Kennedy Space Center & Good Beach?

We are branching out from a Disney only vacation and want to add Kennedy Space Center and a beach on the Atlantic side of Florida. Both would be done as just day trips (staying at Pop Century). I was hoping someone would be able to help with:
- discounted Kennedy Space Center tickets (that actually work - 3 of us (age 65, 40, 10)
- beach location (preferably with shells for my daughter to collect).
