discount help cuttlebug and cricut

I have already asked question about the cricut machine and wether to get a create or expression, thne being from the UK I have been considering buying one on my next visit to America as they seem to be a lot cheaper there.
The reason I am asking re discount help is I know you can get lots of coupons etc to save on products, I just noticed a one for 50% a regular priced item at Michaels (this is the only craft store I have come across near Disney), I know it excludes the cricut but does anyone know if these would work with things like the cuttlebug?
I'm not coming to America til January now so I know I will have to look about for coupons but thought I would see if anyone has any suggestions.

Hi! Do you want to know if the coupons work on cuttlebugs, or if cuttlebug dies work on cricut? Yes, for the coupons working, no, for using cuttlebug stuff on the cricut. I work at a Michael's competitor , and have an expression. It's per Provo craft that they won't allow coupons for their cricut line of products...we can actually lose authorization to sell them if they find out. As for the cuttlebug..don't have one, but I know their stuff won't work in the cricut. It has to be able to plug into the cartridge port. I love my expression...use it for scrapbooking, card making, and my kids love it for their school projects and such. Sometimes it seems like they use it more than me! At JoAnn's you can use coupons for cuttlebug embossing folders and cricut accessories like mats, blades, and paper. You cannot use coupons on the machines or carts.

Michael's will not take coupons on any of that stuff anymore. They have become really greedy on their coupon matching policy.

Both stores will match each other's prices if something is on sale and you have a current ad. Also, I know there are several Walmart stores around the Disney World area and some of them carry Cricut stuff. They are the only stores where you can get the lite carts. I would check their site for deals and then use site to store to ship it to the store for free. You just print out a confirmation and take it to the store to pick up your item. Easy and free!
