Discount for DVC Owners Paying Cash?

We are headed to HHI for a long weekend in September. We decided to pay cash for the weekend because we are sharing a villa with family and also because it didn't seem like a prudent use of our points.

I was reading in the planner that I just got and it made a mention of a discount for DVC members paying cash. I searched my membership materials and couldn't find any information on this. Is there such a thing?

25% off of rack rate when booked through MS.

You may get a better deal with a different Disney discount through CRO so you need to shop around.
