Discount/Codes that include civilian contractor

Can anyone tell me from personal experience if a civilian contractor can use military discounts/codes for rooms on Disney property? What is considered valid identification? I would hate to book a room, get down to Orlando and find out my CAC wasn't sufficient ID.
