Discount codes from affordableWDW/ affordable disney?

Does anyone have any experience w/ Affordable WDW (or affordable disney) ? I have checked out their newsletter and was wondering if the membership is worth the $44. Do they really have a way to get better discounts, or is it pretty much the same thing we can share here for free?
