Does anyone know it? I thought that you could save 10% when shopping at Disney shopping.com when you use your Disney Visa to pay. Is that right?

Call customer service back or send them and email...if you have the code now what can they say but no but they should honor it...but don't wait.

It's not valid for park merchandise, along with a handful of other items. The person you talked to at Customer Service perhaps didn't word it correctly?!

guess I was lucky I got the discount last week when I ordered Park merchandise and also free shipping...?
