Discount code BLT

When I get emails with the "unique discount code" and the deluxe villa don't include BLT. I looking to upgrade to BLT for our Feb. 17 trip. Is BLT included in discounts ? Thanks

Really, doesn't need to be. Limited inventory is released to Disney cash reservation, as it's an exclusively DVC property. So there are already limited rooms available for cash, and they get booked at rack rate.
