Discount applied on an earlier book?

Sorry if this isn't the correct thread, but I wonder if we book through Disney and a few months after there's a promotion going on.. will we still be eligible for a promotion?

Yes I was paid in full when room discount came out called and refund was sent back to my credit card !!!
