Disconnected Fastpasses

Read the Sticky and did a search on the subject. Now I just want to confirm that I've got current information:

I understand that DL and DCA Fastpass systems are not connected.

Are Roger Rabbit and WOC the only remaining disconnected Fastpasses within each park?

It was mentioned in previous threads that Roger Rabbit may now be connected at DL. I haven't confirmed that though. Perhaps someone else can?

When were there over Christmas RR was disconnected from the rest of the park.
