Just wanted to confirm with you that you do have to wait for the 4 digit membership number from your next Credit Card statement - it'll be printed next to the $1.95 Paypal membership fee.

Fantasia Sam, I had to do the same thing and I am NOT international!!!!!!!!

It must be PayPals way of verifying your credit card information. Taryn see if the credit cards you have offers online banking. It may take a few days to set up but then you will be able to view your statement online including current charges. That is what I am trying right now to see if I can get the 4 digit number quicker that way.
