DIScon Pictures - Part I--INDEXED

Well, I finally have some free time
to get my pictures up on the boards. As some of you know, I was feeling under
the weather during DIScon, so I didn't take a whole lot of pics this year. Hopefully
you like some of 'em !!!
 
Got into Orlando at around 11:20
Am. As soon as I landed, I boogied over to BCV and checked in, courtesy of a
great deal I got at Towncrier Towncar!!! (Thanks John!). I wanted to get over
to Epcot right away, since there were a couple of cool pins being released that
day. I made it over to the Pin Cart in the U. K., and dropped $100 within 8
minutes of getting into the park. Man, this was going to be a $$$ trip!!!
I made my way over to Future World,
and grabbed some shots of the decorations:

As I had not had anything to eat
that day, I went to the BEST Canadian restaurant in Epcot,

, Le Cellier. On
the way over, grabbed a couple of shots of the local scenery:

After lunch, I headed back to the
room and met some DISers over at Beaches and Cream.

Jdubbs stopped by, Barb (With her
eyes OPEN!!), the Back of DumboorBust's head and Corrine again. I finally met
up with Towncrier, and we were able to get in the room. We dropped off a lot
of stuff from John's van, because,.......

Towncrier Towncar was about to make
his second(?) airport pickup of the day!
 
Rest of the day I spent unpacking
and setting up the room, which was also known as "DIS Button Central"!!
Later, I found out that Carousel of Progress, which I have never seen before,
was open that night until 6:00. I watched some exciting Bears football on T.V.,
and made may way over to MK and caught the final show. I am glad I saw it, but
it is a little outdated. I just can't get that darn song out of my head though...

The next day, a bunch of us headed
over to Celebration for some shopping.

As John and I headed to the BCV parking
lot, there was a crowd gathered on the bridge over the canal behind the resort.
This guy was in the canal, along with the biggest turtle I have ever seen. He
was about 3-4 feet long, and was eating Pringles that little kids were dropping
from the bridge.

her DIScon buddy, but I can't for the life of me remember who she was representing.

I mean, Celebration.

But this sign cracked me up. I can
just see a line of people asking for Kitty Kroisannts and Schnauzer Streudel.

In one of the shops, we found these
monkeys in different colors, and yes, there was a Lime Green one. Which brings
us to TC, where he came up with the title of the next picture....
