Disco trolley?

We have been watching You Tube videos today and there is something called the Disco trolley......does this still happen? Are there any character parades, dances, etc other than the Mardi Gras?

I don't remember seeing a disco trolley.

There is a trolley that carries characters around, but I don't believe there is a show that accompanies it, the videos I've seen based on a quick google search are all at Hollywood.
