Disclosure Form with Vacation Planner?

I am a new owner, and I purchased via resale. I received my Vacation Planner in the mail yesterday along with some promotional material for BLT. Included with those was a disclosure form with spaces for signatures. Now I know this has to do with the fact that I am in CA and we have different timeshare laws here. But here is my question: I don't actually have to sign and return the forms do I? There was no cover letter with the materials, nothing explaining what the form was, it was just kind of odd...

We received some forms after purchasing one of our VWL contracts resale. We never returned the forms and when we called MA, they didn't know what we were talking about.

it is probably from the quantity control department of dvc. they want to make sure you have all the materials that they sent you.
