DISboards time...out by 15 minutes

Anyone else find that the time is out by 15 minutes? All of the new posts are always out by 15 minutes. The time at the bottom of the page states that it is 15 minutes earlier than it actually is.

Any suggestions?

That has been noted on the Tech board for a couple months, they said they were working on it.
