I just started using the Android app and am listening to the podcasts on the way to work. Is there any way to download the show before leaving home so that it isn't streaming all the way to work on my data plan?

You could use a podcast player (beyondpod, dogcatcher, doubletwist) to auto-download them and then listen to them on the go.

I use sticher, it's free on google play store. You can get any podcast and listen offline or catch older episodes. Using it for years, great app.!

I use IPP Podcast Player and subscribe to 4 Disney podcasts that automatically download.
