Hi everyone,
Had such an excellent time I just had to share it.
Arrived Friday 25th June.
Flight uneventful although long - 8 hours from the UK.
It absolutely pe'ed it down for an hour, our first taster of things to come. The claps of thunder/lightening - the likes we have never seen before!! We all collapsed at about 8pm.

Saturday 26th June.
Woke up at 4am - Jetlag!!
Went shopping in the morning and then went to Seaworld at 4pm. Amazing place.

I'll skip now to Thursday 31st May as we did US/IOA & seaworld between.
Did Typhoon Lagoon from 10am until 12.30 as it got unbareably hot! Went to downtown disney and had a look around all areas Westside & Marketplace. Loved the christmas shop although there is still 7 months to go!!

Friday 1st June.
Magic Kingdom. It rained on/off all afternoon and evening but still managed to get a few things done (14)!! Even managed to watch "Every day's a Holiday", Spectromagic and the Fantasy in the Sky. All these were absolutely fantastic (but not the best).

Saturday 2nd June.
Epcot. Spent all day there as this was the least interesting Disney Park for us. We still managed to get to every attraction and walked around World Showcase. Maelstrom was closed for refurbishment. The kids made masks from each of the countries, adding things as they went along and getting stamps on the stick (great souvenir). Kids also got alot of character signatures as the bus turned up outside one of the shops as we were inside!! Tapestry of nations and Illuminations, again brilliant although not the best!!

Sunday 3rd June.
Magic Kingdom. Did all the other rides we missed and watched the afternoon Parade and "Disneymania". Kids now think it's great as they've obtained loads of signatures/photo's although we hadn't planned on any time to get any, we'd managed to be in the right place at the right time!!

Monday 4th and Tuesday 5th June.
MGM/Disney Studios. (the best park in my opinion)
Did absolutely everything, and more than once for some things. Fantasmic was absolutely out of this world, by far the best performance of any (again, in my opinion).
We also loved the RnR. Also managed Blizzard Beach in the morning of 5th. The better water park for us!

Wednesday 6th June.
Animal Kingdom. Did most of the things here - Loved Tarzan Rocks. Tree of life - fabulous.

Thursday 7th June.
AM - Animal kingdom. It's tough to be a bug - great. Kids still go on about the stink bug!! Didn't get too wet on Kali river rapids. Had Lunch at Rainforest Cafe which cost the earth but well worth it for the looks on the kids faces.
PM - MGM again!!
We loved it so much we wanted to end our vacation there!
The last thing we did was "Bear in the big blue house" - the kids loved it (and so did I) I knew all the songs and characters - that's from years of watching the Disney channel with the kids!!

We loved absolutely everything and we have 7 and a half hours of videoing and 9 rolls of films to show for it. We also bought 1 photo from each of the parks.
It's such a magical place to be, despite the costs involved and can't wait to go again next year (only 50 weeks left, and counting!)
My only wish is that the pound becomes better against the dollar - some wish!! with the Euro hanging over our heads!! Never mind!
I didn't want this to be too long as I could have expanded the experience to pages long!!
Hopefully somebody will appreciate what's written here!!
I shall be hanging round this site forever - it's so invaluable and hopefully I can help other's as I am doing.

Thanks for your trip report. I also thought that Fantasmic was the best of the evening shows. My 3 1/2 year old nephew loved Bear in the Big Blue House also, must have seen it at least three times. His twin sister liked it too, but her favorite was meeting the "real Ariel". Hoping our next trip wil come soon too.

I am glad you enjoyed your trip so much! I hope by next year the exchange rate is more in your favor also! Thanks for Posting.

Thanks.
We've never been to Fantasmic. I've got to make it a requirement for the next trip.

Thanks for posting! I was there last week also and was at a lot of the parks the same day as you!

Beth :D
