Disatissfied with DVC member satisfaction team

I mentioned to my guide that there was no availability at BLT when I purchased. She could not do anything for me. It was not a deal breaker. My post was not to complain about not getting a ressie. We have a studio for VWL and are fine with it. We will visit BLT. My post was to express a dissatisfaction with taking the time to sit down and write the DVC member satisfactin team, and then them not even responding to my corespondence.
It's unusual for them not to respond but why write in the first place? This was not an item worthy of a complaint, much less a formal complaint written complaint.
 
I communicated with the Member Satisfaction team regarding an issue on our last stay and it took a couple weeks to get worked out. Just got the phone call today as a matter of fact. Could be short-staffed with the holidays coming. :confused3

And by the way this is not a complaint as "you" deemed it to be. It was a request for help in obtaining a reservation. Perhaps you know the system better than DVC vacation guides (mine has been their since OKW).

Based upon the above information, your Guide really passed the buck and did you a disservice. DVD has great power over the DVC and uses that power to make a sale on a regular bases. If I were you I would ask to speak to your Guides boss. You will find that Disney doesn't want anyone unhappy during the purchasing process.
