'Disaster on Wonder' - a reply from Disney!

Hi there,

Just to let you know that Disney have replied with an apology to the events that happened at our Vow Renewal with a full refund of $1000 and a further credit voucher for $450 to put towards another cruise.

Many thanks to everyone who read my report and all your support.

Have a wonderful 2004 and wishing everyone who is planning a wedding/honeymoon/vow renewal - a very magical one!

That is outstanding!!! So glad to hear that they gave you something for all of your trouble.

Happy 2004 to you too. Can't wait for my vow renewal in 2006. I'm doing it on the beach here at home and then "honeymooning" once again in Disney after that.
