HH has more than 1.3 million points, so even at $100,000 deductible, you're talking about 7.7 cents a point to cover it. If you have 500 points, your bill would be in the $38.00 range.

Interesting, I own at SSR and never new there was a loan to repair the damage. I just assumed (bad owner) it was rolled into the next years dues....

Either way I never missed it

Yes, that was a great deal for the HH owners. Many owners of other TS at HH were hit with large, pay it all at once, special assessments after that hurricane.
