Disappointing

I dont really know what to do! Recently i was on a shopping spree buying the stuff that I hadn't already brought from all the new halloween stuff thats out. Anyways i brought a witch skirt and watched as it took my credits and confirmed that I had brought it, however to my surprise as I went to put it on it wasnt anywhere to be found. I've contacted VMK about it but have yet to get a reply. I was wondering how long it takes them to come back, I would like the credits back because I'm one of those people who never gets long to play on VMK because of living in a diff country and such and because i always have lots of work to do, and I can think of other stuff I could have spent the credits on.
Is it normal for VMK to solve these kinds of things or is it a 'tough luck' type thing?
