Closed on October 19th. Called MA 10 days after and asked if there was anyway to get my member ID number. They stated they received something on the 19th. Yet when I called yesterday they said they never received the deed or closing docs. Called my contact at fidelity and she hustled to make sure the title company expedited the 2nd set. I called MA today and I was told I need to wait another 2 weeks.

The final stage in the process is hard. It can take time to get everything in the computer system, and that's when things go smoothly with no snags. We added on through Fidelity and I was so disappointed in them and the closing company. I felt if I didn't stay on top of them the whole time, things would just have sat there and not have gotten done. Stay on top of it. Good Luck. Make sure to let us know when it's all finalized so you can get a proper "Welcome Home" !!

Hopefully it won't be the whole two weeks and you'll come back and let us know some great news. Waiting can sometimes be the hardest part. You'll have to let us know know about your home resort too!
