DH and I were looking forward to the Boeuf Bourguignon, linguine. It’s changed, drastically. It has a new presentation, in a cooking pot, but the quality of the meat and taste of the gravy/sauce was very disappointing. The liquid was so thin, it didn’t stick on the linguine.
Maybe others like the new taste and presentation, but we don’t think we’ll bother going back. The restaurant used to be a favorite.

) , and was just a delight to talk with and told us a lot about his home in the French Riviera (we submitted a cast compliment in the app and spoke to the manager on the way out). I did notice the change in presentation on the boeuf bourguignon ... he actually recommended subbing mashed potato for the pasta and that was a great way to enjoy the sauce. It was not busy at all. Seems it has definitely fallen out of favor or perhaps that's true of all table service spots during Food & Wine. Anyway, I'd definitely go back but it's probably not at the very top of my list. I like that they have the option of the prix fixe OR ordering a la carte ... something for everyone. And champagne.
