Disappointed so much will be gone for our trip!

Constant news of closings! For our June trip, there were several things I really wanted to see as we've missed them on past trips:

The candy lady in Japan
The Ziti Sisters
PUSH (waited forever at the right spot and right time and he never came out!)
and now it's possible that:
AK parade will be gone (parade was rained out on our last trip and I haven't seen it)
AK FOTLK will not be back up and running (have seen this once and was things I was most looking forward to at AK)

Very disappointed that the list keeps growing...

Sure hope something new comes along to take away my disappointment!

I expect the train will be ready, but who knows? I see the parade at MK as just switching out from the current parade so that's an even swap! I was already "expecting" the train as well as LONG lines, so it's still disappointing to lose all the others. Especially PUSH. I was so wanting to see him! He's so funny in the online videos. Oh, well.

I have also never managed to catch PUSH, I do have pics and video of the Ziti sisters. I just figure there will be enough extras to see and do.

Since I don't go annually, I have learned to expect to miss certain things. I have also never seen Osborn lights because...I don't go when its there. I have never seen the Halloween decor and activities for the same reason. This time I will.

There are so many things that change, unless you are a FL resident with an annual pass, there will be so many things missed.

Exactly. Now we are just back to "French" food. I can only imagine how much it took out of Disney's bottom line to have Remy be a permanent positive guest experience. Go figure.

We have done AK enough in the past that w/o the Lion King show and parade I am scrapping it on our next trip and adding Universal. I did book a night tour that leaves from AKL of the savannah to get our safari fix.

I still can't believe they got rid of PUSH. It is the little things like that PUSH makes Disney so unique.

I am happy they have acrobats back in China, last time we went to Epcot there was no acrobat troupe performing.

"They" didn't get I'd of Push. Push left. Push was NOT Disney's creation. The owner decided to leave after Disney wouldn't pay him more money.

I agree completely. Disney did not get rid of Push. His owner made that decision. Candy Lady in Japan left of her own accord too.
Things change.
When they don't folks complain that nothing changes
When they do, folks complain about the change.

Remy does not come from a beloved Disney movie. Most kids would have no idea who he was. I think it was time for him to go. Plus, it was a rat. Mice in outfits I can deal with at a restaurant, but I draw the line at rats.

I have to tell you... the last time we ate there Remy was hysterical. He was visiting at our table and one of the Aristocats was outside pawing at the window to Remy's horror. The waiter was hilarious, and we were laughing so hard tears were flowing. Definitely one of our favorite World memories. Miss Remy.
