Disappointed in wi-fi service/losing wired service

I sent a polite note to member's services describing my bad experience with wifi at Jambo House, and a CM called me to discuss the problem. He said they had been told there would not be problems switching from wired to wireless, but since then, they had found out there were many problems. They had reported this to their Internet Service Provider, and had been told the problems were solved. However, they still are reciving complaints of no service, very slow service, Internet going down from time to time, etc. They have reported all of these problems to their IPS, and now it is up to them to take care of the problem. At least they are aware that the problems still exist and are working on it.
