I book through AAA, but I have a pretty good agent. When we went in she had Disney stuff all over her "office" (not just posters-staplers, clocks, pencil holders, picture frames, ink pens, desk lamp....) so I'm guessing she is a fan herself.
The first trip we had a different agent and it didn't go so well. They booked our rooms for June instead of July. I had all of the paperwork that AAA had sent me and Disney got everything straightened out in about 10-15 minutes, but if they hadn't....I don't want to even think about what would have happened when I walked into that AAA office there! Ruin my family's first WDW vacation. I Don't Think So! FIX IT!!!
I guess it just depends on your agent. The one I have now is Great!!
I still make my own ADRs though.
