Hi, Peeps!
Here are my totals for the day:
Breakfast-South Beach Southwestern Breakfast Wrap 4 points
Lunch-Tuna Sandwich, baby carrots, Baked Lays BBQ flav 8 points
Dinner-McDonald's Southwestern Chicken Salad w/dressing 9 points
Snack- 1/2 cup SF ice cream 3 points and 1 string cheese 1 point
Totals: 25 out of 25 points
Exercise: 2 mile Walk away the Pounds DVD and some sit-ups

How'd you like the McDonald's salad? I enjoyed it.

The cruise is on one of my in-flexible nights. DANG! We probably couldn't afford it, though. That's our Mama Melrose/Fantasmic night. Meeting Celery and someone else that night. Lynda? was it you? I'm all confuzzled.

It is me! :yay: We are doing Brown Derby and will meet you at Fantasmic! :thumbsup2

Hello Ya big losers!!!

37 1/2 ponds lost this week including the 11 pounds MJMouse lost (for 2 wks. we'll count it!)

I didn't get Lynda's real number. Her scale is stupid ;)

I ab gebbing a colb. I'b sooo stubbed ubb!!!

I had to show my Driver's Lic. to obtain Sudafed! Sheesh!!! I just Ny-Quiled, which I only take when I'm genuinely sick even though I joke about it all the time.

So! Goodnight!!!!

I am going to weigh today with clothes on, before I leave for my hair cut, and then I am going by my mom's house and using her scale to compare. (It's one of those with the slider, like the doctor's have...or had. My doctor has digital now.) I'll let you know what I find out after that. I am also tempted to just skip putting down a number this week and see what next week brings, but I want to know if I need to exchange my scale before the trip. I NEED that final number to be correct!

Aw! Sorry to hear you aren't feeling well! Hope you feel better soon!

I set up four slideshows in photobucket - about 10 pics in each - for those who are interested. (That is just kind of what worked - I'm still figuring out photobucket!)
We had a brief layover in New York and then to Italy. I tried to put just enough caption so you could know where each picture is.

Melinda, how is your daughter traveling? A group? School?

Amazing pictures! I SO want to go to Europe!

Thanks! DSIL invited her to go and is paying for the trip! It is a tour with a high school group although not DD's high school. DSIL is a teacher but 2 other DSIL's are going on the trip also so lots of chaperones.

DD is a very good photographer and has a DSLR. Her greatest fear is having her camera stolen on the trip. :scared: She is also a journaler since the 4th or 5th grade so I'll make sure she has a new journal just for the trip.

Nancy....your pictures are awesome! I think DD is going to all those places except maybe Monaco. I know they are going to the Riviera and I heard Caanes mentioned but haven't looked at the itinerary recently.

Can you recommend any good guide books? It's so much more meaningful if you actually know something about the places/churches/monuments before yuo see them. Don't you agree??? Thanks! (Probably should've pm'd all that!)

No way! I love hearing about this! I can't tell you how anxious I am to see her pictures. I really want to go to Europe, and I know her pictures will be great. :) And what a great opportunity for her to get some material for a portfolio!

DH doesn't fly...yet. We plan to fly for the January Peep meet, and if that goes well, it may open up a lot of possibilities for us! Like DL and Europe! (He told me the other day he read Wendy's DL trip report! ;)) Now, if only it didn't cost $$$.

OK folks, I have to go get ready to go get my hair cut. I haven't forgotten about yesterday's totals, but I will have to do it when I get home. Hope everyone is having a great Saturday! :goodvibes

Good Mornin,

I think we may have gotten our tax refund... dh asked me if he thought we should by a dyson!! :faint: ( we need a couch, we need to buy our plane tickets to wdw1)

My teapot has a teeny tiny crack... large enough that my tea is leaking out... dagnabit - its a special teapot - it has a super dooper cozy that goes over it that keeps my tea hot for about an hour! I'm going to Michaels and see if there are glues that I can seal it up with!

Morning Peeps - I caughtup last night then the stupid computer went all Kerfunkel when I was tryingto upload pics. from my wedding and I got mad and shut down

I ate way to much last night but am on track today

have a great peep day

My kids are having so much fun with the kittens they found. They just can't seem to understand why 7 is way to many. We told them we can keep 2 and then when we get home from disney we'll see about finding homes for the others. Here's a couple of pictures of Hunter & Ethan with some of them.

AnnNanabanana- THOSE are some great pictures! Lynda's going to love them, being the thread photographer. All the historical sites must have been amazing in real life!!!

Pigget!!! Great on the walking!!!! :cool1: You should "Walk like an Egyptian" or moon walk since around the neighborhood. :sad2: See? Who needs a treadmill?

Dance- I LOVE garage sales! I have a garage full of stuff to get one of my own going. It's our DisneyWorld Sept. fundraiser. :yay: I guess it'll go toward MNSSHP or something else we totally cant afford but are doing anyway!

I have that same pile of junk..hope to have the sale in July but it will depend on where I am working this summer. My dad is selling his house soon and there is soooo much stuff there too. It's very overwhelming but I would rather have the cash then donating it! :thumbsup2

Winkers, your boys' freckles are SO cute!!!

I don't think I've ever seen a cat like the light colored kitten with the stripes before. But then, I'm a dog person

If I didnt have 8 cats already I would take some that one that looks whitish grey is cute too!

Winkers-Those kitten pictures are so cute!! I found one of my cats when she was 3 weeks old in a woodpile. It was a "friend" of mine's house and they didn't take great care of their animals. So I took her, even though the mother was around. She was thin and I don't think she would have survived. Now she is 6 and pretty darn cute. A runt though so only about 5 pds. I hope you find great homes....I'm glad you are keeping two!!! :flower3:

So the 10 inches of hair is cut!! It looked like a dead animal laying on the table. I have to mail it to Locks of Love Monday. DH is not home yet so he hasn't seen the hair yet. The highlights didn't come out exactly like I wanted but since my hair is so short it won't take long to get them re-done!!

Thanks! I think they're rather cute myself!:) I'm allergic to cats too, so they will be outside cats. And the light striped one looks suspiciously like our male cat! I think they're called silver tipped siamese or something like that.

And that is so cool that you are running the marathon!!! You go girl! (said in my best Tyra banks inpersonation) I'd need a concrete sports bra to run in public.;)

If we can't find homes for them I just may be desperate enough to fly them to you myself! We're also expecting puppies in June. We bred our little doxie a couple of weeks ago, so wouldn't that be fun 7 kittens & 4 puppies!!!

Winkers, your boys' freckles are SO cute!!!

i told her the same thing when she posted some pics of one of them on her TR!!! i just love freckles!

i wish all you yard-sellers lived close to me! our community is having a huge yard/hot dog/hamburger/bake/lemonade sale next saturday and all the proceeds are going to a family here that has a little girl who was born in october with a serious heart condition. she's not doing really well and their insurance isn't covering everything at this point. so sad. :sad2: anyway, i've gotten my stuff to donate together and now i just have to go through it and price it. some of it includes my size 12 stuff......gone forever!!! :thumbsup2
