Hi, Peeps!
Here are my totals for the day:
Breakfast-South Beach Southwestern Breakfast Wrap 4 points
Lunch-Tuna Sandwich, baby carrots, Baked Lays BBQ flav 8 points
Dinner-McDonald's Southwestern Chicken Salad w/dressing 9 points
Snack- 1/2 cup SF ice cream 3 points and 1 string cheese 1 point
Totals: 25 out of 25 points
Exercise: 2 mile Walk away the Pounds DVD and some sit-ups
How'd you like the McDonald's salad? I enjoyed it.
The cruise is on one of my in-flexible nights. DANG! We probably couldn't afford it, though. That's our Mama Melrose/Fantasmic night. Meeting Celery and someone else that night. Lynda? was it you? I'm all confuzzled.
It is me!

Hello Ya big losers!!!
37 1/2 ponds lost this week including the 11 pounds MJMouse lost (for 2 wks. we'll count it!)
I didn't get Lynda's real number. Her scale is stupid![]()
I ab gebbing a colb. I'b sooo stubbed ubb!!!
I had to show my Driver's Lic. to obtain Sudafed! Sheesh!!! I just Ny-Quiled, which I only take when I'm genuinely sick even though I joke about it all the time.
So! Goodnight!!!!
I am going to weigh today with clothes on, before I leave for my hair cut, and then I am going by my mom's house and using her scale to compare. (It's one of those with the slider, like the doctor's have...or had. My doctor has digital now.) I'll let you know what I find out after that. I am also tempted to just skip putting down a number this week and see what next week brings, but I want to know if I need to exchange my scale before the trip. I NEED that final number to be correct!

Aw! Sorry to hear you aren't feeling well! Hope you feel better soon!

I set up four slideshows in photobucket - about 10 pics in each - for those who are interested. (That is just kind of what worked - I'm still figuring out photobucket!)
We had a brief layover in New York and then to Italy. I tried to put just enough caption so you could know where each picture is.

Melinda, how is your daughter traveling? A group? School?
Amazing pictures! I SO want to go to Europe!
Thanks! DSIL invited her to go and is paying for the trip! It is a tour with a high school group although not DD's high school. DSIL is a teacher but 2 other DSIL's are going on the trip also so lots of chaperones.
DD is a very good photographer and has a DSLR. Her greatest fear is having her camera stolen on the trip. She is also a journaler since the 4th or 5th grade so I'll make sure she has a new journal just for the trip.
Nancy....your pictures are awesome! I think DD is going to all those places except maybe Monaco. I know they are going to the Riviera and I heard Caanes mentioned but haven't looked at the itinerary recently.
Can you recommend any good guide books? It's so much more meaningful if you actually know something about the places/churches/monuments before yuo see them. Don't you agree??? Thanks! (Probably should've pm'd all that!)
No way! I love hearing about this! I can't tell you how anxious I am to see her pictures. I really want to go to Europe, and I know her pictures will be great.

DH doesn't fly...yet. We plan to fly for the January Peep meet, and if that goes well, it may open up a lot of possibilities for us! Like DL and Europe! (He told me the other day he read Wendy's DL trip report!

OK folks, I have to go get ready to go get my hair cut. I haven't forgotten about yesterday's totals, but I will have to do it when I get home. Hope everyone is having a great Saturday!
