I think you should change Drs. I guess that sounds like a harsh step but if you aren't happy now then what's going to happen 8 months from now? They should follow through on what they promise..end of story. I would be afraid they would let you down again in the future about something more serious.

Yeah, see that is the way I am too though. If I dont feel it is right now it will only get worse, you know? I did call today and they told me the lab is very backed up this week and the results are taking about 2 days...so I will give him one more day. He never should have promised me a call though. I guess that is the part I am bothered by. So if and when he calls me, I will make up my mind then based on how that goes. There are tons of others I can choose from, and I have time to move on to another Dr if it isnt right.

Off to the pool today I think...no rain is sight so far, so we will take ti while we can get it. Supposed to rain tomorrow...again....and chances of rain all next week too

I am thrilled that it's a beagle! I also like Jason Leigh, who is doing the voice. I don't know about Underdog being live action, and DH really doesn't like that idea, but it is a beagle! How can we not see it?!? Well, I think they SHOULD let beagles in to see Underdog! But I don't think they will. So I guess I'll be buying or renting it for Jasper to watch. I can't wait either! Her reactions to stuff on TV are SO funny sometimes! Are your boys really expressive? Because Jasper sure is! You just KNOW what she's thinking by the look on her face sometimes!

eli is a lot more expressive than sherman when it comes to TV watching...especially with animal shows! he just sits there and watches it and cocks his little head....so cute!!! he also likes to watch ray play the wii. both of them LOVE the scene from "lady and the tramp" when lady's a puppy and she's trying to get out of the kitchen to sleep upstairs with jim dear and darling (or whatever their names are). lady's crying a lot in that scene and the both start looking at the TV and turning their heads to side. it's just sooo cute!!!!!! i could eat them up!

I even sent the info (both from match.com AND from where I found real-life info about him on the net) to some friends (one a match.com vet)... we ALL thought ; but, alas, we were wrong... on SOOOOO many levels.

At least the guy paid for everything without hesitation. Sometimes, I feel a little guilty about telling the story to so many people (in person, on the phone, in e-mails, in PMs) and laughing and all... but DUDE! He kinda asked for it!

We are getting a tankless water system along with our addition. Our main computer crashed last week and then two days ago the gas guy came to install the gas line and trenched our phone line. Got it repaired this morning so I have been catching up while Joshua was alseep.

Went to the Dr. Tuesday and baby is doing fine. I have gained 15 pounds I can tell I have been out of town a lot-must get back to better eating. We are still shooting for Sept. 30th to induce.

aaack my very sweet co workers had a suprise cake for me today! I couldn't say NO to a cake in my honor, right?? So i had a small piece..i am still gung ho about having a nice piece of my mama's homeade one tonight though..guess i better go to the gym tommorow!!!

I do WW but I have been so uninspired lately. I am really determined to get into the best shape I can for my WDW trip next month. All that walking, you know? The weight gain was over the course of 27 weeks. I promise it was not in 1 month lol.

Thanks for the birthday wishes..fellow 3-0er! I also do WW and am finding it tough to stay OP with all these celebrations and cookouts and what not...I can definitely relate! AND i have another wedding to be in in 7 weeks...so the pressure is on to actually loose some poundage before then....can someone say endless cycle!

Welcome! I'm doing WW myself. Just a very brief background so you know where your fellow WW Peep is coming from. I received a 6-month online subscription as a dating anniversary from my now-wife five months before our Aug '05 wedding. (Some guys would be insulted by that kind of gift, but it was exactly what I needed.) I was able to lose 25 pounds in those five months, but I took a nose dive off of the wagon after our honeymoon. I luckily didn't gain anything, but I didn't lose either. Then in January of this year my wife noticed that she gained a few pounds since we got married (not that it mattered to me, but she wasn't happy about it), so she wanted to try WW with me. After climbing back on the wagon with her, I've managed to lose 30 pounds, and she's lost 18. So it definitely works if you follow the plan and have a little Peep support along the way.

As HockeyKat noted that Punkin posted, you post your gain/loss (hopefully loss) for the week on Friday's. You don't have to post what you weigh, just the weight change from your last weigh-in. And make sure you post it in bold red letters so the person recording it (usually UtahMamma) can spot it easily.

Oh, and by the way, I turned 30 in February!

15 pounds is really good! You dont have too much longer to go either!! Time sure flies by, well for me anyways. I am sure you are feeling every but of your 27 weeks though Sure is easier for us to say how fast it has gone!

Hi Peeps!

Welcome to our new peeps! And Happy Birthday MaPigletFan!

Today was a fabulous day! My therapy sessions went great! And I didn't have the burden of my supervisors breathing down my neck because they weren't there.

The funny thing is that this morning I was laminating in the crush's office (which I use the word office loosely. It's more of a student room where he does most of his work). Anyway, I'm laminating and it is just me and another girl. Well I did 3 of 4 papers and the 4th paper wasn't coming through the laminator. Then I heard this crunching sound. And then it jammed. Oops. Of course I had to be the one to jam it. But it turned out to be the best thing that could of happened today. I actually do feel really bad because the laminator is really important for us clinicians but he reassured me that it was fixable...he just needed the right tool.

Anyway, during my 1st therapy session, I made a collage with my client. She took hers home and I kept mine. As a joke, I gave mine to the crush as an I'm sorry for breaking the laminator. He smiled and laughed and gave me a hug! A long hug with a squeeze.

And then I went back in there after my last session to do some paperwork and he sat down with me and we talked for over an hour! The good news...he likes Disney! Epcot is his favorite. He hasn't been since 2005 but still he knew a lot more than most do and he loves the cheesy slow rides, just like me!

Here is another development. As we were talking he suddenly realized that I was in clinic 2 which means I'm leaving to do my externship in the fall and I won't be around as much. Well he asked me what my plans were. I told him I'm staying down here since its where I live and he said "good". So I laughed and asked why is that...he said "because I don't want you to go". So of course when the time came to ask what his plans were he said he is doing one down here in FL and not sure about the other. I told him he should do it here. And he asked why...and I said because I want you to stay here.

I know I tend to read more into things but this was a huge development. And I was flirty and chatty and not nervous at all.

Ok, sorry, I know a lot of you are "over" me talking about it. I'm just excited and happy and my girlfriend hasn't called me back yet.

Well its official, i am no longer a 20-something! You know what though, i am pretty excited about it! I am going to make this the best decade ever..God Willing! I'm on a good healthy kick with my eating ( WW and PEEPS!!), in a great healthy relationship and I just enrolled to go back to school online and get my early childhood degree (already am certified to teach 1-6, but want to teach the little little guys!)...so I am pretty excited about the big 3-0! or hopefully it will turn into the NOT so BIG 30 if i keep Peepin it up

well, we got another car. we decided to keep the VW convertible since it's paid off and we got a 2001 ford focus ZX3. it only had 33,000 miles on it and they were only asking $6,800 for it. you can't beat that! it's burgundy and in very good condition. i'm happy with it! not our dream car, but it will get DH from point A to point B with air conditioning.....and that's kinda important in georgia in july!!!
