Happy Easter Peeps!!
Today I tried to make better choices than I normally would have on a holiday. I drank my water and I tried to keep my portions under control. My husband and I ran to the store to get groceries. I am stocked up on healthy food. I also got a balance ball and a scale

. So, I weighed myself when I got home. I know it wasn't the best time to do it since it was at the end of the day and I had already eaten Easter dinner. My total may be off somewhat but I think it is close. I will do it again tomorrow morning and compare. I ended up with a pretty plain scale. I was just at
Walmart and they didn't have a big selection. Some of the things I got to eat:sf/ff Jello pudding cups, light string cheese, gardenburgers, 1pt english muffins, turkey, 100 cal. Breyers ice cream cups, apples, strawberries, lean cusine meals, salad mix, spray dressing, ff pringles, Walmart brand Crystal Light (cherry, orange and apple), South Beach Diet oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. I am stocked up and I feel like I CAN do this.
