um....basically i'm doing four things:
1. i write down EVERYTHING i eat and my calorie limit is 1500 per day. my goal weight is 130 (i'm only 5'3"), so i took that and multiplied it times 12 and it's 1560, which is my recommended daily calorie intake.
2. i drink more water than i used to. i try to drink at least 6 glasses a day. that may not seem like a lot, but it's all i can physicall drink! the only time i don't drink water is in the morning when i drink cranapple juice.
3. i work out at least 3 times a week with a mix of cardio and weights. but this is easy for me because i enjoy my workouts. some people don't like to so it's a lot harder for them to get the motivation to do it. i look at it as the one time of the day when i can clear my head and just concentrate on nothing else but my workout.
4. i'm taking a fat burner. now i wouldn't recommend this for everyone. number one, it has caffeine in it, so i had to cut out my morning coffee.it was hard at first but now i'm used to it. and i'm lucky enough to have a best friend who is a fitness trainer, so she's done her homework on the fat burners that are bad for you and the ones that are safe as long as you take them correctly. but honestly, i think the diet and exercise are doing more than the fat burner.
i'm really not having too hard of a time with it. it's actually something i plan on doing for a long time (not the fat burner, but the other stuff). i honestly just feel better and not so lathargic. i think i was taking in too many calories before and making myself even more lazy or something??? i don't know. all i know is i feel much better now. let me know if you have any questions about all this. i'm no expert, but i'm happy to help in any way i can!![]()

I went to buy some capris today. I bought the same kind I bought last March, but last year they were a size 3X and this year I bought a size large.
Eeyore,I know you plus a few others(I want my quotes !!) encouraged me to get back on trhe wagon.I am hanging on the edge today and am doing better.So far.WE can do this I just wish it wasn't so hard.I am really emotional right now,I have this knot in my chest ,like I am constantly on the verge of tears.I just want to crawl in the bed and hide under the covers.This week I tried to make myself feel better by eating everything in sight.Well it didn't work.
