So how is everyone handling V-Day candy?

I am not worried about it because I don't celebrate the stupid holiday anyways, but I was just wondering what threats have been rendered against wayward DH's if they bring home any candy tomorrow...

Well I am off to a bad start with VDay! My boss gave us big goodie bags at work today. They had all kinds of chocolates, trail mix, PB crackers, water, etc. in them. I also got one of those BIG Hershey kisses from one of my four year olds. I also got another bag with a valentine towel and chocolates. Oh and to top it all off Aunt Flo surprised me today! I am in such big trouble because I really crave chocolate when she comes for a visit! I need a Free Pass!

Oh and for lunch today, my boss made us a potato bar. It had cheese, butter, bacon bits, sour cream, etc. Oh and it is another coworkers birthday, and they got her a Costco cake with the cream cheese filling in the middle! YUMMY! I wasn't so good.

THE WEATHER SUCKS POND WATER!! I called ds girlfriend, she lives in the city (Chicago) and told her to come spend the night here! It took her 3 hours to get TO work this am (usually 45min!!) and the weather has gotten WORSE!!! uggg, yes I had to drive to the bank... and the store... and home!!

I read that as he is outside and HE IS NOT WEARING CLOTHES to shovel the driveway . There is a mental picture for ya Wasn't it you who went running up the stairs throwing your clothes off along the way?

oh yeah, that was me, and we've used that in a positive way.... it still cracks us up!!

Well... hmmm... I'll mention it to him!! OK, so when we have the peep meet dh is gonna skin me alive!!

Could someone please explain to me the benefit of wearing a micro thong (aka dental floss) for working out? Yet again I got stuck behind someone in jazzercise with see thru pants and a thong. When they're bending over with their bum right in front of your face it's a little hard not to notice. And then I feel embarrassed for them and me. Now I know why the one guy in his 40's comes! He's a hoot, the only man in a room of 30 women dancing to don't you wish your girlfriend was hot like me, wearing spandex bike shorts. I swear I hear 80's music every time he walks by. Ok, off topic there, but at least I've made it 2 days in a row, and now I hurt like crazy, but I do feel good for going!

Microthongs is better than NOTHIN (aka Paris and Brittany!! not dh!! : ) I will say I did buy a thong one Vday - it does make one feel... "naughty"! Of course it was a sacrifice I wasnt willing to make again!!!

This bears repeating!! (but since it was too many smilies, I had to eliminate them!! It still makes me laugh out loud tho!!) As I did the same thing so BORG MHL!!!

OHHHH! Bum floss is LOVELY to wear! One should SHOW the whole world one's undergarment choice! Bonus points for having the waist strap above your pant's waist line!!!! Purdy!

camping - I even shower when camping - you take a bag and hang it from a tree, suspend a shower curtain around it, and viola - you can shower in the woods!!

Are you wearing the bare minerals or one of the other brands? I know mica is one of the main ingredient but on one of the make up boards I was on there was talk on how some of the mineral powders were causing itching to the face!! I LOVE Bare Escentials Bare Minerals!! It covers my age spots, and my roscea!! Good Luck... I suppose you cant wear perfumes either!!

I worked on the top floor of a 3 story school, most teachers take the elevator, I took the stairs, down 3 times, up 3 times before it was time to start working, than the kids had to go to gym in the basement, down 4 stories, and up 4 stories, then pick them up.. I timed myself, I got in the 25 minutes of exercise!!!

Hi everybody!

Eeyore - where do you get all those cute siggy pics? I love the Sleeping Beauty one you have now.

I guess a lot of you are having some yucky winter weather? There high here tomorrow is supposed to be 85. I'm not bragging - I hate it! Even if Florida, it's usually much cooler than this around this time of year. I'm dreading what summer will feel like.

Wisdom tooth still hurting, working up courage to call dentist. I got my cry out finally on my way home from doing therapy at the schools this afternoon. It felt good. I officially despise my supervisor. And I dread Tuesdays and Wednesdays because of her. She is just one of those people that I am realizing I will not be able to please no matter what I do so I will try my best to do what she asks and smile and nod when she talks to me. But Lord help me if I get her again next semester. I actually feel a little caught up with school work though which is nice - maybe I'll be able to get ahead or maybe I'll just take a little rest from it for the night.

Oh I emailed via myspace my high school friend. He hasn't responded yet but I also know that he hasn't read it yet. Hopefully I'll hear something from him.

Hope everyone had a skinny minnie day. Off to eat some dinner...

I love my new job. I was just stressed yesterday, due to all the changes in my life.

Things are not going to be so bad... and, today I was offered the PayPal job.

I believe I am gonna turn it down. I was gonna discuss it with Gumpy.

I dont believe I want that job anymore due to the fact I would be working Sat, Sun, Monday 8am to 9pm.

I dont think I want to give up every weekend at this juncture in my life.

So lets be clear... I am happy, happy, happy!!!

Now if anyone wants to give up some of their weekends, you can pick and choose your job - then go to the Budget Board - the $70 for 5 hours of work - the first page tells the story - I signed up with "snagajob.com" put in my zip code, then searched for "Mass Communications" Then Mass Communications sends you to a web site, and you have to fill out an application, mail it to California, and viola you get your name and password, and from there you get to pick your state, and then cities around you and you can demo foods, and products at WalMarts, Targets, and KMarts!!

Plus that thread will help you with any questions, what to take, how to be prepared etc!! Its really easy!! and you dont have to commit unless you know you can!!

Oh my gosh...my son, Baylor (11) is on speaker phone and I am eavesdropping through the open kitchen...okay I will not deny this...A girl who is super cute (looks like Princess Aurora ) called him...she is fishing for compliments so bad and I am dying here. They have been good friends for 3 years..she runs the fastest he says!

She is now talking about Oprah (can u hear me laughing because I so am) and how romantic relationships have evolved through people who are good friends. OMG...he just said who watches Oprah? She said my mom does. He said...your Mom makes you watch Oprah?

She explains sort of...he says that is really mean. (Okay ...I know and you know that this little cutie patootie is already trying to master the womens skills of easing into a conversation through a media source!) He is so much his oblivious fathers child!

So then....she gets onto who likes who as friends in their school and who could possibly be more than friends when they are older. He does not pick up on the 100 foot elephant in the room still!

The poor helpless girl finally says..."Well what about me?" He says, "YOU??? " in his loudest Are you completely nuts, voice.

My baby...then crushed her like a mosquito going 20 on a freeway going 70. He said..."Well your not ugly." She said..."Thanks" and then start your size 7 sneakers because the back-peddaling began. He is not Rico Suave I just learned. He is Opey and he likes girls as friends and can not figure out why they call him 24/7. Thank Goodness for me...but for her...we should all start saving for her therapy....I can hear Dr. Phil now...

"Well, he did not really say he didn't like you. He said he didn't find you ugly."

DH and I were just sharing with ds girlfriend... ds and his gf are celebrating thier "2 1/2 year" rotfl2: ) anniversary... so dh says... "sandy and I celebrated our 30 year first date" (in case you missed that post, my darling dh remembered that!!! "I" didnt!! ) so yes, we shared our first date, when I gave dh his sweet 16 bday party...etc..

Okay...he is now getting ready for bed so this will have to be postponned on further chapters till tomm.

He did get on the phone w/ buddy "Sam" as soon as he and Jessica got off the phone.
He said to Sam...."Your Mom's a nurse...would she make you watch body movies?" Sam said..."No...but my brothers girlfriend (they are in their 20's) had that baby last year that wasn't his so I am sure she thinks I have it all figured out. I mean I get the main points but I don't know how... ya know..."

Baylor says..."yeah...I know"

I am not old enough for this! His older brother has been in love with girls since in-utero. So thank you God for giving me this one who still loves me best and does not care about...you know.
