Got the Carman Electra STRIPTEASE dvd today from the library to exercise and simotaineously rock DH's socks. If I dont start laughing nervously and RUIN it! I will wear a-LOT of clothes!!!!!!!

Hey UM, if it is not set to private you can look at any ones, but you can't comment or anything. You have to be a member to comment and you have to add people as friends to do anything. It really isn't complicated. I bet your teenager could set it up for you. I have really enjoyed mine. It has made me see how important it is to have one of these if you have teenagers or work with teenagers.

Now please know I am a huge fan of the stip tease workout with my BFF Carmen...in fact when her and Dave were together..Chad and I would play scrabble with them all night long. (Those crazy kids would try and use words like WhooHooootie. ) Okay, I digress..we never played scrabble - it was twister and it was hot.

Anywho...I would make sure and use medically supervised gloves when extracating the said DVD from the case. Farmer Joe who is hoping to train his cats to walk around in tu tu's may have rented it and I would not want to catch fleas.

Go buy it! Awesome workout and one step away from a pole in the bedroom!

The registration is not open yet but it will be soon and when it does we need to be ready because the fun run (aka the 5K) will fill up quickly - so go ahead and put back $30 now so you'll have it ready to send... When we see it open we (I try to check everyday) will post it loud and clear for everyone to sign up...Heres what we know

Check in is Thursday 1/10/08 during normal hours of the Expo and Fri a.m. between 6:00-6:45

Friday 1/11/08 is the FunRun thru AK - at 7:00 should take us around an hour to finish this, depending on the flow of traffic

Funny thing happens when you post....you just get to thinking and thinking gets you to looking and looking gets you to discovering.

Reminiscing of Dave and Carmen and myself caused me to get a little nastalgic. I dug out some old photos and found one that just cracks me up every time....see we were in the middle of a heated twister-off (not as in twist-her-off you sickos) but more like a strip-twister if ya will.

Well I had my right hand on green, my left foot on yellow and Dave had his right foot on Blue and left hand on red. Carmen and Chad were mixed in there as well but I was not paying that much attention since, let's face it...black eyeliner and tatoos just scream sehhhxeeeeeeyyyyy.

Okay so anyway...Dave and I were losing...(I know how to play the game)
and all of a sudden I realised that his were in my circle of space. (Insert here the Borat Movie...yes ya know the part I refer too.)

Well, we keep our home at a ripe 75 degrees but let me tell you girls...the looked more like a and when I heard about the divorce....well lets say I knew Carmen was just looking out for the super Whooo Hoooootie from not the Giggle Pickle.

Anyway, I will try and up-load this pic later. When it arrives...mine is the hind end in lacey burgandy...Chad in Cosmic Orange. Just so ya didn't get us confused.

I bookmarked it! I am planning on surprising everyone (fully dressed, with makeup and NO running shoes) at the finish line with Gatorade and high fives and massive hugs....JUST kidding. Except for the hugs and alot of smooches!


THIS is just the ticket to get my LAZY up and MOVING!!!! Dang, I noticed the no strollers part. Why did I think this would be do-able? I could MOVE people out of our way with the stroller. Mousehouselover-I plan to do the 5K, would love a roommate and plan on being there 1/10-1/13. I'm traveling solo.

Aldisneygirl--I am still on the fence about going. Would run the fun run. I would also be looking for a roommate, if possible.

Dismom1961---I am planning on arriving at WDW on Thursday before the race(1/9?) and not sure if I am walking or running. Some of us have discussed doing some of both. I guess I will room with my DH since he is coming with me.

Thanks for letting me know so quickly. I am getting so jealous. Since I am now preggo and thinking about next year-- I do not know if I will be able to go. I want to take 6 weeks off work, but only have enough days to cover 3 weeks and 3 days. I can get another 10 days but it will cost me $750. Anything over those will cost me an additional $190 per day that I miss. As of now if I miss Thurs. and Friday that is $380 before any other cost. I am really going to have to re-think this. I want to come--really! I am not going to make a final decision until much later--just knoe I am thinking about it.

It's skiing down a hill on white matting stuff, sounds great doesn't it, it's because it's a long way to any proper mountains. the girls did really well, Ellie fell twice but soon got back up.

So there is no snow. Maybe we should try this in Mississippi! I guess you would have to have some good heels though!

On an odd note, my trainer was actually nagging me today to take a day off... Uuuuhhhh, doesn't he realize, that if I do that I won't have a little heart sticker on every day of the month? For February at the Y, you get a sticker for every day you do at least 20 minutes of cardio... as of this morning, I'm the only person with a sticker every single day.

Sorry I've been a bit out of it... had a drastic mood swing earlier in the week. It started 'cause I REALLY wanted to get below 300 on Monday, but missed it and ended up 301.6. Then on Tuesday, I met with my trainer and he looked at my food diary. I was that puppy wanting a pat on the head for the wonderful things I had done... I took my eating from a 0 to a 7... but he didn't notice that, he only noticed that I wasn't a 10 yet. No "wow, no potatoes, fried foods, sugar, or chocolate for over a month"... instead it was "how about skim milk instead of 2%, how about less cheese, Subway... did you see Jared?, how about cutting out the "prepared foods", how about cutting out the pita pizzas, how about cutting out the turkey burritos." (I honestly think he only saw the words pizza and burrito and assumed they were "bad".) I really don't think he meant to sound mean or unsupportive (subsequently, he has said I'm his star "student" and the most dedicated person he trains)... he just didn't give me the validation I was looking for. Of course, he didn't know me "before" so he doesn't know just how much better I have been... ANYWAY, I ended up crying on the way home (darn, shoulda worn water proof mascara) and that evening when I went to bed.

Okay, got that off my chest... time to go eat a VEGGIE pita pizza...

Good news! I took my measurements this morning. I've lost a half inch off my hips but one inch off my waist and one and a half inches off of my thighs (each!) This means I'm getting away from the

look!
