It depends on which one you have, and which disability.
Mental disability will be able to go on all rides with the pass.
Physical disability (broken arm/leg included) must be able to transfer into a cart by themselves, (particularly Big Thunder Mountain as it's a fast loader and you only have aroubd 20 seconds to get in).
Pregnancy pass is limited rides.
Some rides such as Ratatouille, can accommodate a wheelchair.
All passes allow one adult helper per pass to accompany you into the disability viewing area for Dreams and and current parades.
Permanent disabilty enables 4 riders to accompany the rider per pass.
Temporary allows ONE person per pass to accompany.
All passes allow you to queue separately for meet and greets, including the Princess Pavillion, but check to see if you also need a ticket for the latter.
Hope this clarifies what you needed to know :-)

See I wish I had known this before, this will be our 3rd trip with and easy access pass and I had no idea that I could use it at meets, that why I've never done princess pavilion, and why we walked away from the 2 hour long santa queue last nov. We did meet mickey mouse the last twice and stood for maybe 30 minutes in total queuing and by the time we got the photos done you could see by my face i was in compete agony and had to go lie down for a while. Kinda spoiled the photos a bit. I look like I'm about to burst into tears. Well I was lol.

Some rides are also restricted because their emergency evacuation procedures are unsuitable for certain types of physical impairment. Parachutes is one of the rides restricted for those with mobility problems but most are fine.

You enter via the exit for Mickey, and in peak season, collect a time slot for the PP and go to the exit. You are escorted straight through for both. Hope this hrlps for next time! (This also applies for Spider-Man).

True - they will restrict some rides (Pirate's, IASW to name a few) where in if you have a party of disabled guests, they will not be allowed to ride together and will have to wait in the holding area for the next available boat etc. Health and safety rules are quite strict in DLP but I find all the CM's to be great :-)

Some of these rides like POTC and IASW give time-slot tickets because of the safety rule allowing only one physically disabled guest on the ride at any one time. Even though my DS1 is not in a wheelchair he is only allowed on the adapted wheelchair-friendly boat on IASW because his mobility is impaired and safety in an evacuation could be an issue. Other rides like Parachutes he is not allowed on at all because he could not evacuate by a ladder. Once he was not allowed on Peter Pan for the same reason although he normally rides it.

Some of the rides like POTC and IASW, where there may be a degree of wait due to the length of the ride despite the ticket system, have benches to sit on. The one fault I find with the new Ratatouille ride is that there is no ticket system for disabled guests or benches to sit on. Disabled guests have to file in along with the fast passes but then while the fast passes go through the turnstile and quickly on to the ride, disabled guests are directed to the side. As there is no ticket system you can get to this point and then find that there are other people waiting already. The wait here can be really long but there is nowhere to sit which is very hard for those who find standing difficult and/or tiring. :sad1:

Hmm not good about ratatouille, would we be best using our DLH fast passes for that then? Rather than eap. Or maybe take my folding camping stool lol.

No you don't, there's a special disability entrance near the stairs of the Fantasyland Railroad Station.

The camp stool is a good idea, in fact I saw a woman doing just that who like us was in the fast pass queue shuffling along to the turnstile before being redirected. She used it in between shuffles if you know what I mean!

I suppose if you don't look disabled in any way you might get away with not being redirected at the turnstile. It would though rather defeat the safety aspect of knowing exactly where a disabled guest is at any point on the ride in an emergency. My DS1 has obvious mobility problems and having been given the concession I feel happier conforming to the procedures. However I do think that there are shortcomings with the disabled access for Rat Ride (really bad IMHO for a brand new attraction) and yes, if someone has the pass for reasons of fatigue and being unable to stand then the fast pass route could be best for them.
