Disabled Parking

Silly question, I know each level of the parking structures have disabled parking. Im wanting to try and figuer out if there is a way to get on the first level so that you dont have to use the elevators. Anyone have advice? Is Pixar structure easier to get first level then Mickey and Friends?

Can't tell you for sure. But honestly, the walk on the first floor is a lot longer. We prefer to go to a different level to avoid the long walk through the structure to security. Going tomorrow so interested to see where they send us.
