disabled buses

When we were last at DLP we were able to get a seperate bus that was for wheelchairs. We stayed at Hotel Chyenne and just called from reception. We are planning on going back in December does anyone know if this bus still runs??

We were thinking about going to the explorers hotel but as this is not Disney didn't expect this to be available!! We need to have 4 beds in a room but either bunkbeds or two single beds, that is aminly why we want to stay at either the explorers or chyenne.

All help will be greatly appreciated.

I've read somewhere (can't remember where) that you just call from reception and they come and collect you, this is obviously what you did last time. I would guess that this service would only apply to one of the Disney Hotels, not the Explorers, but why don't you phone Disney and ask?
