I have read that the wheelchair area for the show is in front of the Golden Horseshoe. Is it on the river or just the walkway? How early should we arrive?

There is a wheelchair viewing area right across the walkway of the Golden Horseshoe and it is close to the railing area. There is a wheelchair viewing area right next to POTC entrance on the right side. It is not next to the railings, but it is a good viewing area since all the people in front of the wheelchair viewing area will be sitting during the show.
The time I would say at least 2 hours before the 1st show or you can get a good spot for the 2nd show when the first group leaves.
It was bad last summer during Summer Nightastic, I seen people waited as long as 3+ hours to get a good spot. Even with WoC this summer, it won't be bad like last year, but on average is at least 2 hour wait just to get a good view.
3 hours is just crazy. I just read a post that the lady said she saw people line up at 5 pm for the 9 show. It makes me rethink the dessert package but where to put DS and his Liberty SN stroller.
