** Dis Weight Loss Group - Week 3 Feb 2016**

Good Morning All

There wasnt too many of us posting last week, I do hope everyone is ok, and you are all just taking a little break:thumbsup2

The weather really doesnt help when you are dieting does it? Like many I want to stay in and warm and eat comfort food, but if I fall off the wagon in the winter Im not sure I will get back on and this year I want to be slim for the summer:daisy::rotfl2:

Anyway onwards and upwards, I lost another 1lb this week, its very very slow coming off, however it is coming off and thats the main thing, I have 2lb to go to my stone and im desperate to get there this week if posiible.Fingers Crossed:thumbsup2

I didn't have a good weigh in last Saturday as had put some on again - I wasn't too surprised as ended up with a chippy tea on Friday night (it was good though)

Im hoping when I get weighed tomorrow I will have lost some of that again and heading downwards again
 
Sue, that pound loss is good! Small World, fingers crossed for tomorrow!

Kind of down in the dumps today as I stuck, despite having a good week with the calorie control and exercise:sad::sad: I'm just hoping that it'll come off next week. I'm so close to goal weight that I am probably getting too impatient, wanting the last of the weight gone and I can move onto maintenance/toning.

On a good note, I was asked to visit the group that started this off, a get fit with my favourite football club. I hadn't seen the coach in just over a year and she was ever-so-slightly gobsmacked! Myself and another girl from the group were asked to talk about our losses/lifestyle change and show our before photos:eek: it was a good night though.

One final note, we're booked for Orlando in December! Woohoo!!!!:jumping1: Can't wait!
