Morning all

Welcome to another week of the dis weight loss group.

Its a new month and January seems to have flown by:hourglass

Well done to all of you that lost weight in January, I will work out later how much was lost in total.:Pinkbounc:Pinkbounc

Hi Sue, I know I lost 3 lbs in January. I'm going for a one pound a week loss this month!

I'll need all that good luck and more I think! I don't know how, but after a careful week and increasing my exercise, I managed to put on 0.3kilos! :guilty:

Definitely gutted, but not letting it get me down too much.
 
Cathy, it's just a blip - I should know, I've had my fair share!!! Just keep on going, even if you don't lose weight, you know you are doing your body good and getting it fit and healthy.

This week I have lost 4 lbs :)

Just stick with it. I have been following the same plan every week - some weeks I have lost 1 lb sometimes 4 lbs - there's no rhyme or reason as to why one week has been better than another (apart from the week I was ill and didn't eat enough.) Good luck with next week.
 
Happy February everyone! What a rollercoaster weight loss month January was!

I'm pleased to say that upon standing on the scales this morning that I have lost those 2lbs I put on the week before! Hopefully now it will continue to go down and not creep back up again! I don't think the cold weather is helping as you just want to eat warm, hearty, filling foods instead of salad and veg! I LOVE salad but not when it's flipping cold outside!

Another good week for me, 1.5lb down so that's a total of 1stone & 10 pounds in 9 weeks
I'm loving this diet, however I'm away this weekend in Manchester to see Peter Kay Phoenix Nights, so I think next week might be a different tale

May I join in? I'm working really hard to get 45 lbs off before our trip in May! For January I took 8 lbs off (didn't start until the second week).

Well guys..........the "Superbowl" out paid to my weight loss...............but it was worth it.................lol.................i put on 1/2 lb................start of a new week, will try harder.........good luck all.........H
