Hello everyone

Welcome to a new thread for week 3 - August:chat:

Hope you are all having a good week.

I wont be weghing this week as I have to pick my mum up from a day trip out tonight with her elderly friends, so Im going to miss Slimming, however that might not be a bad thing after my weekend in London:crazy2:

I've found that I've slowed up the loss now (been healthy eating and walking 2-4 miles on my lunch breaks for just over a month now, down from 16st8 to 15st12).

Someone I know suggested that having a binge day 'shocks' your body into loosing quicker again. Anyone tried this!?

Yep. Didn't work, all it meant was a broken diet and another 6 months before I even tried again. Keep going the way you are, you;re doing great!:)

Just a 0.4 kilo loss this week, slightly gutted as I have been good but I might be back on the cycle of good loss followed by slight/no loss:sad: I suppose its not a gain though!:dogdance: Hoping for a good loss over the next couple of weeks as a massive target is coming up!

Onwards and downwards!

I wouldn't. I personally don't really like those gimmicky diet things because they just don't seem to make any sense. I think sustained healthy eating is the right way to go.

I've managed to "gain" 0.6kg this week however looking at my weight loss chart from the last two months there seems to a pattern to my gains. Next week I should be back on track if the pattern continues.

I've still got 2.6kg to lose and 3 weeks to do it in... come on... think yourself thin... lol
