Dis Visa web site- Manage rewards vanished!!!

Of those of you who use online account management with your Disney Visa card--- are any of you having trouble with the web site??? I went to go to the section 'manage rewards' and it was gone from the drop down list! Then I started looking around and there is another thing missing- the area that said 'special offers for Disney Visa cardholders' It had things on it like broadway tickets at a discount, the 7 for 5 deal etc... but that is gone too. Can anyone tell me if it is just me-

I couldn't even log on just now. They must be doing maintenance (the rewards stuff was there on Friday when I checked).

OK, I got in finally. I could check my rewards, but there were no Rewards listed right now, as you said.

I called their cust. service and they looked at my account and they said, "huh, I wonder where tose options went. You should have them here." They said they will email me when they get it fixed. Anybody else have this trouble???

Yes. After reading your post I went into my account and the "manage rewards" option was gone from my drop down list. As a matter of fact I couldnt find anywhere on the website where I could check mine Im going to call and see whats up.

I called and was told their sysytem went down last Thursday and hopefully it will be up soon
