Just catching up on watching the DIS Universal podcast from a few weeks ago and loved the Margaritaville episode. Well done! I haven't back for 3 or 4 yrs, but have enjoyed it 3 plus times in the past. Always love the Cheeseburger in Paradise and a classic Margarita. I've eaten inside the restaurant and also on the porch. Being Canadian, I always ask for my burger well done (rare for Cdns to eat hamburgers rare or even medium: its a relatively recent cultural thing. I remember as a kid having med homemade hamburgers on the BBQ but this hasn't happened for the past 20 yrs) and the poor server always cringes and then asks, "Are you Canadian, by the way?" Yes. Yes, I am. But even when well-done, the burger is wonderful. I had the conch fritters a few years ago & while top notch, they were a bit too spicy for my taste but that's a personal taste thing. I have also taken a tween niece here for an early dinner (before 6pm) and it was fine for kids. No issue at all. However, City Walk can get pretty adult pretty fast on Friday and Sat nights so I don't know that I would be as comfortable doing this after 7pm on a weekend evening. Thanks for the great information as its good to know that Margaritaville is still as solid as ever! And thank you once again Craig, Ryno & JL for the hard work & quality product! Cheers! ps I always hit the thumbs up button. You know I do
