Dis Store employee discounts???

My sister is an employee at a Disney Catalog Store. We are planning on going to Disneyworld in June. What kind of discounts can we get? How do we book a room and get her discount?

You need to ask your sister these questions. She will be able to answer them for you. Cast members should not be discussing their discounts to the general public.
I am sure you will have ex cast members replying to you. I just find it odd that people ask what discounts we get. I would never ask an employee of any place what they get for discounts.

As a former Disney Store cast member, I know she would have to present with you at the resort check-in to get the discount.

Maybe your sister would be interested in joining the CM board on this site (instructions are on the site). Folks are a little more forthcoming with info on that site. I know how difficult it is to get information from fellow CMs at the stores and sorting out rumor from fact. Welcome to the disboards since I noticed this was your first posting.

There are a few discounts that your sister should be eligible for, like lodging and meals. She should call CRO about a room for June as the discounts on rooms are limited. That sounds like the first start for a June trip.

As a former manager, the discounts vary depending on what they are for; however, no matter which ones they are she must be present with you to get any discount. If it is a purchase at a store, etc, she must be the one paying.
